Center for Whole Communities is a partner in the Practice of Organizational Change and Development. We collaborate with leaders, organizations and communities to develop and implement projects, programs and trainings to catalyze transformation at the intersection of social and environmental problems.
We work relationally and develop programs that are responsive to the needs of the individuals and systems we are working with.
How we work is as important as what we do. We know that it takes practice and commitment to disrupt dominant culture norms that don’t align with our liberation and our values. As we work to transform leadership, we focus on the arc between self, systems and solidarity.
CWC’s leadership practices and frameworks build capacity at the individual, organizational, and community level to deepen awareness, embrace differences, and value relationships, making change possible.
Core to our approach is Whole Measures – a flexible process for community engagement, planning and evaluating that can be adapted to the needs and perspectives of those who use it. CWC offers services in strategy, process design, community engagement and facilitation – the elements that bring Whole Measures from concept to reality.
