Today’s challenges require all of us to draw on skills in leadership, relationship-building, collaboration, and communication. Our workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions are designed to build these skills, and to powerfully rejuvenate people who are working on the front lines of environmental and social change.

We focus our efforts at the intersection of environment and social issues with content expertise in Leadership, Organizational Development, Urban Ecology, Food Systems, Community Engagement, Green Jobs/Economy, Reconciliation, Just Climate Adaptation and more.
